I’ve been busy this morning installing and putting to use a piece of software that I acquired recently. This script adds live Ebay auctions to my site based on keywords.
It’s quite simple once the script is installed - Just create a keyword - obviously you want to use a keyword to create ebay ads that are related to your site.
See the site below where I have created ebay auctions based on the keywords ‘wedding favors’ and ‘wedding’. The ads embedded in the text are ‘wedding favors’ auctions. The ads down the side are generic ‘wedding’ auction ads:

You can see how this script is a nice addition to any site and could turn into a nice little income earner. I see this as passive income. I already have many websites that are getting daily visitors so adding Ebay auction to my webpages takes little work and will add another income stream to my monthly income.
The auction software come with a tracking script too, which is thrown in as a bonus. I can track the clickthrus, were the visitors are coming from, and exactly which ads they clicked. Through this I should be able to determine what my web visitors interests are.
Taking the example above - I could exchange the ‘wedding favors’ auctions for various other ‘wedding accessory’ ads - rotate the ads based on keywords - and determine by the click thru rates which ads are bringing the most profit - also giving me good insight into the needs of my visitors.
I love Anthony’s scripts and have bought most everything he has created - including Auto Social Poster and RSS Bookmarker.
