I have spent the past few days running and setting up various ad co-ops that I run for my downline. I have been experimenting with co-op for a few years now. Some pay off, some don’t.

I have been operating a successful ad co-op for a few months now for my SFI home business team. This is a great way to REALLY build out your team and save yourself a lot of money in the process.

The concept of ad co-ops is that the advertiser charges a certain amount per membership, in my case it is $50 per share, then uses the monies collected to do advertising for the whole team. I then split the spoils of the advertising among my co-op members.

If I was to do the advertising myself it would cost thousands of dollars but I am able to have it paid for by my downline. They gain and so do I of course. Why else would I do it? :shock: :grin: This strategy is especially effective in network marketing.

I have also begun to set the preparations for a new co-op in my Success University team.

The secret is to find good quality lead sources beforehand. Because I have these in place, I can guarantee my team members a certain amount of signups. So, there is really no risk for them. If you are starting from scratch with someone elses money you may end up disappointing your members.

Online advertising is a risky business, so be careful. Try things out with your own money first, in small investments.
