I have used all sorts of ads in the past to draw website visitors’ attention to my various internet marketing offers. The peel away ads have been the most effective to date.

Leisure Audio Books Makes it to my A-List

I don’t get excited that often especially NOT about new programs coming online. There are so many emerging daily that I would be waking about in a constant state of euphoria if I even cared about the ‘NEXT best thing’.

Let me tell you too that a lot of the stuff you see emerging is rehashed stuff. Crafty marketers are taking packages and rehashing them as new.

There is nothing wrong with packaging information that is out there - that is mostly what you are paying for anyhow - but when you take info that has just been sold many times before, slap on a slick sales page and distribute it as original then you are definitely taking the ‘micky’ .

And How Can You Make Money Online Too?

This is a long one so you may want to print it out.

I was just checking my search engine logs and someone just typed into Google “How is Mal Keenan Making His Money” - so I am going to answer that question although I have fairly well covered how I make money throughout this and my other sites.

I make the majority of my online income through affiliate marketing. This is quite a simple concept but not so easy to make a full-time income doing it.

I sell OTHER PEOPLES’ PRODUCTS.

Do you realise that many many product owners will give you the tools and resources to sell their products online AND give you up to 100% of the sale. Merchants will give you 100% for a variety of reasons including - the added exposure that they will get if I and others are encouraged to sell their products or services. They also usually make an income from products sold through links within the product itself - either to their other products or affiliate sales.

You have to understand that with digital products - ebooks, online audios, online videos - there is little outgoings in terms of costs after the cost of the initial setup. So if you create a digital product for $500 you can sell it as many times as you like and the inventory will not decrease - unlike physical products. If you purchase 500 physical products you can only sell 500. This si not so with digital products.

I rarely sell a product or service unless I am getting at least 33% of the sale. Mostly I sell only those offering 50%-75%.

For instance I just signed up for a new program called Leisure Audio Books. This company will give me 50% of every audio book I sell. It’s free to join, so have a look.

I have an email list of 11000 double optin subscribers that I have built over the years. The subscribers on this list are interested in ‘home business’ and ‘internet marketing’ related products and services. I sell to this list every month.

Another way I make money is by buying resale products and reselling them on my sites and to my list. It is possible to buy a product license from a product owner for less than $100 and sell it on many many times. For instance, even if I pay $100 for a resale product and sell 10 copies to my list for $20 each - I have doubled my money. Not bad for drafting a 5minute email and clicking send.

I make sales every month through my various websites online. I currently own around 80 websites. Many of these sites were set up primarily to sell advertising space - mostly for Google adsense ads.

If you see a link on this site or any of my other home business sites then you can bet your life it is an affiliate link. If you click that link and buy the product or service then I make a per centage of that sale. At the end of each month the merchant calculates the amount I have accumulated and sends me a check or send the money to my online bank account.

This process all happens automatically. I wake up most days to find new sales generated while I slept in bed . The internet is a wonderful place for lazy people! BUT you must put in the work first - The automated, passive income comes later.

I also have around 20-30 autopresonder campaigns in my Getresponse account all following up with subscribers to my various email lists. The email series are designed to sell more affiliate products.

I spend around $400 per month to run this entire business. Most of that is for web hosting.

Besides my own freelance work I work as an affiliate manager for TrafficSwarm and RoiRocket - again for a % of sales made.

Believe me it all adds up. I am not a millionaire and I may not ever get there but it beats working the 9-5 and it pays a little better too .
